Screenshot triggers
Control when screenshots are captured — on a schedule or when the user acts.
| Take screenshot after interval | Turn timed screenshots on or off. |
| Screenshot time interval | Set minutes and seconds (for example, 4 min 0 sec). |
| Keyboard any keypress | Capture a screenshot when any key is pressed. |
| Enter key | Capture a screenshot when Enter is pressed. |
| Left mouse click | Capture a screenshot on left mouse click. |
| Right mouse click | Capture a screenshot on right mouse click. |
Data & storage
Decide where screenshots are saved, how long they are kept, and how they are protected.
| Delete folder from Windows | Keep all, delete all, or keep data for 1 to 10 days. |
| Image folder location path | Set a hidden or managed directory path on the computer. |
| Save encrypted image | Store screenshots in encrypted format. |
| Delete files at client end | Remove selected files from the client computer. |
